Skilled in Negotiation, Customer Service, Sales, Strategic Planning, and Business Development. Strong sales professional with a Bachelor's degrees focused in Economics and  Business Administration and Management, from The University of New Hampshire.

 

Greg resides in Webster Groves, MO with his wife and three children.  He is active in supporting local non-profit Epworth Children’s Center (where his wife Heather is a director).  Being a part of the local chamber is extremely important to Greg as he believes that community involvement is paramount to building a successful business that gives back to its community.

Holly is the owner of Vitality Unlimited Spa and a proud member of the Chamber of Commerce.  The spa just celebrated 30 years of being in the Webster Groves community.


Making personal connections is something that Holly thrives on and has incorporated into her personal life and career.  She is also a firm believer in the benefits of holistic wellness.  It was this combination of appreciation for natural health benefits and a desire to create a welcoming, nurturing environment that led Holly to purchase Vitality Unlimited Spa in 2017.  Since that time, she has rejuvenated the spa and created a vibrant business in Old Webster, both for the citizens of the community, as well as the hard working women who contribute to the mission of the spa offering a destination where clients can relax, refresh and renew.


Holly grew up in St. Louis and attended the University of Missouri - Columbia, where she majored in Art History.  She enjoys walking the galleries of the Saint Louis Art Museum, and anywhere that beautiful art is displayed.  She resides in Webster Groves with her husband, John, and their two daughters, Claire and Chloe.  She also enjoys gardening, reading, cooking and traveling.

Shari Tucci is the Vice President at Cadence Bank and has 20 years banking experience. Customer excellence and team engagement have always been her top priority and has helped her successfully grow two new bank locations.


Being a part of the Webster Groves, Shrewsbury, Rock Hill and Brentwood Chamber of Commerce for 8 years has been the most rewarding experience. She loves to connect people and make sure everyone feels welcome and is committed to promoting fellow chamber members to all of her clients and friends.


Shari has been married to her husband Joe for 30 years and has two sons, Nick and Kyle. They enjoy weekends at the farm, fishing and riding their ATV's through the trails.

Danny Sigman is a long-time bank manager with a desire to help provide solutions to his clients, no matter what the situation is. With 26yrs of banking/finance background, he utilizes that to help his clients grow their business and relationship with him.  Danny is also a current board member with the Chamber.


Danny graduated from Missouri Baptist University in 1998 with a BA in Business Administration, while playing baseball for 4yrs at the NAIA level. 

Outside of work, Danny has been married for 25yrs to his wife Jenni, has 2 sons Drew (Becca spouse) and AJ. He also has 2 grandchildren Wyatt 6 and Amara 3. Danny likes to spend his free time hunting and fishing.

Ree is a visionary leader and a community-oriented entrepreneur. She is Founder and CEO of Neighbors of Webster Groves a Best Version Media Publication. Best Version Media is one of the fastest-growing print media companies serving residents and local businesses across the United States and Canada. With over 27 million magazines distributed in 2019 and still counting, Ree’s goal is to bring people together by helping small businesses grow through micro-targeted community marketing.


Ree is also the Founder and Business Consultant of HL Consulting LLC, a company dedicated to providing consultative, health and career coaching services to individuals and businesses. As a professional pharmaceutical sales leader and development consultant, Ree has an unwavering commitment towards empowering and redefining the pharmaceutical market and the healthcare sector at large. Through HL Consulting LLC, she implemented the CPESN strategy for ClaritasPSM in AR, MO and NE, as well as helped develop a preferred Pharmacy Network to work directly with hospices in their community areas. HL Consulting LLC has provided marketing and HR support to The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacies in St. Louis for the last few years.


Prior to setting up her own consulting business, Ree held sales leadership positions in the Independent Sales Force of Cardinal Health and two other key Pharmaceutical Wholesale Companies. After years of sales and leadership experience in the pharmacy industry Ree found her home at Cardinal Health. Starting as a Sales Consultant in 1997 she helped Cardinal Health establish a foot hold in the St. Louis/MO/IL and Arkansas regions. After holding many key positions in the Cardinal Health organization Ree became a Sales Director in the Mid-America Region and successfully managed and promoted three sales teams in the Central Region.


A reputable professional in her field, over the years, she has built an outstanding reputation for herself. Ree has been the recipient of prominent awards in the pharmaceutical industry like MO Pharmacy Association Traveler’s Award (2017), Diabetes Journey Award (2016), Generation RX Champion of The Year (2011), and MO Pharmacy Association Terry Mungle Award (2011).


Ree holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Communications with a minor in Human Resources from Concordia University.


On the personal side Ree is married to the love of her life Tom Lewis who is retired from Ameren Electric where he was a Plant Operating Engineer. Tom is a jeweler by trade and continues to take care of his jewelry customers and can be found on the golf course at least three times a week. Ree and Tom have three grown children who are all married and have six children between them. Ree’s husband, children, grandchildren


and the rest of her extended family, nieces, nephews, siblings, friends, her 88 year Mom and dog Gigi K are the most important people in her life.


Ree and her husband enjoy time with family and friends, traveling – especially to Michigan where both her parents were raised. You will most likely find Ree at a soccer game, basketball game, football game or a water polo match watching her grandchildren.


EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Jerry Rosen 


Jerry is a Wash U alumnus with a career spanning over 30 years, having morphed from advertising art director to serial entrepreneur.



He has founded multiple marketing and technology-focused businesses as well as serving roles ranging from BOD Chair, CEO, CMO, CRO, and multiple director seats.



Rosen’s experience includes media, content creative, eCommerce, and SaaS software. Throughout his career Rosen’s client list has included Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Arby’s, Wendy’s, MetLife, Roche/Genentech, Lufthansa, American Express, The Kennedy Space Center, Chicago White Sox, Bulls, Bears, Blackhawks, Fire and Frank Thomas’ Big Hurt Enterprises to name a few.



Rosen recently retired from Sachs Capital Group where he served as Chief Revenue Officer. He currently is in residence at Washington University mentoring undergraduate and graduate students.



When he isn’t working he enjoys cooking, painting, and weekend hikes with his wife Andrea, and their dog Skye.

When he’s not working, you can find him reading a good book, rewatching the office, or recording a podcast with his Dad friends.

Chris is the owner of Amada Senior Care St. Louis.  A+ certified by the Home Care Standards Bureau, the mission of Amada Senior Care St. Louis is to enrich the lives of our clients, their families, our staff and the senior community in which we serve. Our goal is to set the standard of care in our industry by creating an innovative and customized senior care experience. Amada offers four types of services for seniors and their families: in-home senior care, senior housing advising, home monitoring, and financial care coordination (help with long-term care insurance and other funding options for senior care, such as the veteran’s aid and attendance benefit).


Before Amada, Chris came from an extensive healthcare background.  As an executive with Express Scripts, a Fortune 25 organization and the largest Pharmacy Benefit Manager in the U.S., Chris led both client facing teams as well as product management teams at the forefront of a series of strategic initiatives that had widespread impact on the pharmacy industry.  Prior to Express Scripts, Chris served in various industries including Consulting and Healthcare Information Technology at Andersen Consulting/Accenture and Cerner Corporation.


Healthcare is very close to my heart.  Two of my grandparents as well as my mother have required in home care prior to their passing.  When it came time to start my own business, I wanted to provide a vital service and influence others in a positive way, while helping the greater good in our local community.  Chris lives in Webster Groves with his wife, and three children.

Valery Welch is all about attracting and retaining talented and loyal employees for our local businesses.  When she realized how many of our employees commute long distances, her focus became that of inspiring businesses and employees to re-imagine home ownership.  She is passionate about Shrewsbury and Kenrick Parke Condominiums!  As Board President with the Kenrick Parke Condominium Association (KPCA) — Valery is thrilled to talk about the amenities of affordable condo ownership and the KPCA campus of 226 homes:  park-like landscape, swimming pool, cabana, tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor concerts and social events. KPCA is located right next to the lovely Wehner Park and Shrewsbury City Recreation Center with fun programs for kids and adults!  KPCA:  great schools and a great place to raise a family!  

Re-imagine Home Ownership!

Valery was honored by the Shrewsbury Board of Aldermen as the 2023 Shrewsbury Citizen of the Year.  She is past-President with the Chamber.  She has a BS (with honors) from New Mexico State University with a focus on City and Regional Planning. And she is a teardrop-camper enthusiast!

Kara Siebe has over 22 years of experience in education and is currently the Coordinator for the Webster Groves School District Thrive Entrepreneurship Program. In this role, she developed an entrepreneurship incubator for high school students and implemented entrepreneurial mindset programming for K-8 students. Known as a connector and thinking partner, Kara is passionate about providing authentic learning experiences and connecting curriculum to students' interests to inspire lifelong learning. She is dedicated to removing barriers to experiential learning opportunities. Kara resides in St. Louis with her husband and two children and is an active volunteer with the Japanese International Harvest Church and the Webster Groves, Shrewsbury, Brentwood and Rock Hill Chamber of Commerce.

RENEE TYLER

From McGehee AR to New York City to Little Rock and now St. Louis, MO; Renee Tyler has been fortunate to experience life.   After working for 25 years in corporate America, Renee changed careers in 2010 following her calling to public service.  This career change has provided her with experience in state government as the former Chief of Staff to the Speaker Pro Tempe of the New Jersey Assembly and municipal government experience beginning in Arkansas’ capital city of Little Rock.

Renee serves as the Deputy City Manager – Community Vitality for the City of Webster Groves, MO. 

Prior roles include the City Administrator for Fulton, MO, Director of Community Services for the city of Eau Claire, WI.  Community Services, Director of Transportation for Dubuque, IA (Renee was the first person of color to hold this role in Iowa),  Assistant Director of Public Works for Dubuque (she was the first woman of color to hold this position in Iowa) and Manager of Fleet Acquisitions, Parts and Special Projects for the City of Little Rock.

Renee obtained her Master of Public Service from the University of Arkansas William Clinton School of Public Service. She has a BA in Social Welfare from the University of Arkansas Fayetteville.  


As an active member of the American Public Works Association, she has served on the national committee for DEI and APWA’s national Government Affairs Committee. Her service has been recognized in 2021 as a recipient of the APWA Public Service Award and in 2020 as an inaugural recipient of the William Clinton School of Public Service Award. Renee is also an active member of the ICMA, the National Forum of Black Public Administrators, the St. Louis African Chamber of Commerce and the St. Louis International Mentoring Program.

Michelle Boyer is a communications specialist with expertise in social media, marketing technology, and content strategy. As Communications Manager for the City of Brentwood, Missouri, she utilizes her background in journalism, graphic design, and multimedia production to enhance community engagement.

 

With over a decade of experience, including roles at the Society of St. Vincent de Paul USA, Michelle has honed her skills in public relations, web content management, and marketing. She holds a Bachelor’s in Journalism from Missouri State University and an Associate’s in Graphic Communications from St. Louis Community College, combining creativity and strategy to deliver impactful messaging. She is looking forward to being a part of the Webster Groves / Shrewsbury / Rock Hill / Brentwood Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and playing an integral role in helping to move the Chamber forward.

I am a native of St. Louis.  I grew up in South County, graduated from Cor Jesu Academy and Truman State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.  I have been a Registered Nurse for 30 years in various areas of nursing including floor nursing, ICU, Cath lab, and outpatient surgery centers.  I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit, my dad owned S&S Kawasaki in Crystal City for many years.  In 2004, my husband, Jeff, and I took the entrepreneurial leap and purchased the FASTSIGNS of Brentwood and FASTSIGNS of Creve Coeur centers. I serve as the President of the company. The staff and I have expanded our design and production capabilities exponentially since 2004 to include comprehensive Sign and Graphic Solutions for most branding needs.


FASTSIGNS of Brentwood and FASTSIGNS of Creve Coeur can help businesses, schools and universities, churches, and special event customers with all aspects of branding projects including:

Heather Sparkman is the Communications & Marketing Director at Webster Arts, a nonprofit

community arts organization in the Old Orchard area of Webster Groves. Heather has worked at

Webster Arts for nearly three years, beginning work there after making a mid-career move and

graduating with her MA in Digital & Web Design from Lindenwood University. Having previously

shown artwork at Webster Arts, landing this position was almost a dream come true. As an artist

and writer herself, she finds great joy in connecting artists and the community to find mutual

benefit and enjoyment.

Outside of Webster Arts, Heather has an amazing community of friends and family; and her

favorite place is to be on the couch with her dog, Winnie, while reading a good book or watching

a Cards game

Currently serving as the City Clerk for the City of Shrewsbury, she is committed to fostering effective municipal operations and community engagement. With experience in geospatial analysis, municipal planning, and public administration, Katelyn combines analytical expertise with a passion for public service.
